Haezel Tech – Returns & Refunds
At Haezel Tech, we put our customers first and always aim to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. That said, sometimes things don’t go perfectly if there’s ever an issue with an item you received, we’ll do our best to fix it and make sure you’re happy.
Returning an Item
If you’d like to return something, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@haezeltech.com.
If the issue is our fault, please include photos of the defective or incorrect item and a short explanation of the problem.
This helps us process your return quickly and efficiently.
Return Address
All returns need to be sent to our official return address, which we’ll provide after your return is approved. The address may vary depending on your location.
Important: Please do not send any items back before contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.
Personalized / Made-to-Order Products
All our products are made-to-order and personalized just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for custom products, except in cases of manufacturer defects and receiving the wrong item

Shipping Costs
If you return an item for a reason not caused by Haezel Tech, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
